35. Another Transfer has Flown by!

Wow another transfer has come and gone! This transfer flew by, and I will be staying here with Elder Silva for this next transfer! It will be awesome, we are both excited to continue working here in Samambaia! Elder Dos Anjos is also going to stay. He is going to receive a new companion later today!

This week was awesome! Especially with Easter. What a great time to remember an reflect on the Savior and His sacrifice. This week we were able to find a new women named Marilda. She is about 40 years old, and has told us that she has investigated a lot of churches. She was originally a contact we made on the street. We went to her house a few days after, and were able to teach her about the Restoration. We marked a day to return, and when we returned she said she had already received an answer that the Book of Mormon is true. We were able to mark a baptismal date with her for the 20th of May! This next week we´ll be sure to take a picture with her. 

Sydnei is still very excited for his baptism this Saturday. He is incredible, and has so much real intent. 

Bianca is still excited for the marriage and the baptism. 

We also knocked a lot of doors this week. We weren´t able to enter as much as we would have liked, but it was a great opportunity. The Lord works in mysterious ways, and this week was definitely a testimony of that! 

This week I focused my studies on the Savior, and His life. The first few books of the New Testament are powerful, and we can learn so much. The Savior´s teaching style was very effective, and it is something I have been trying to develop. Love you all, have and awesome week!
